Product description
The structure of the open-type ton bag feeding station is relatively simple, usually consisting of a support, a ton bag suspension device, a bag device, etc. It generally has no enclosed shell, and the feeding port is completely open, which is convenient for operators to approach the ton bag for operation. Its are convenient operation, quick lifting of the ton bag and bag breaking feeding, and intuitive observation of the feeding process. It is suitable for occasions where the feeding speed is to be high, the material properties are relatively stable, and there is no strict dust control requirement, such as the feeding operation of some building materials and chemical raw materials which can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of manual feeding.
Working principle
Firstly, the ton bag is lifted to the designated position of the discharge station by means of a crane or forklift and hung fixed., the operator starts the bag-breaking device, such as a cutter or scissors, to perform the bag-breaking operation on the bottom or side of the ton bag. Under action of gravity, the materials inside the ton bag flow out from the bag-breaking port and enter the discharge port below, which can be connected to a conveying pipeline or material conveying equipment to transport the materials to a designated place for subsequent processing. Some discharge stations are also equipped with vibration devices, which can assist the materials to flow smoothly and prevent the materials from caking or blocking.
